We’ve recently completed a full house renovation and basement conversion of a semi-detached home on Petersburg Road in Stockport. The house was reworked from the roof down to a new basement level, giving the owners a brighter, more practical home with a good deal more usable space.
The ground floor was opened up around a new grey handleless kitchen, with integrated appliances and glazed doors that bring in light and lead straight out to the garden. New flooring runs through the living space, and the rear was reworked with a raised patio that steps down to the garden.
Every room was redecorated and refloored, with oak doors and warm feature walls giving the interior a clean, modern feel. A new driveway and a tidied frontage finished the outside.
Below, we converted the basement into a proper, usable room, tied together with a new staircase and a separate utility. From the structural work to the final decorating, this was a full transformation.
